Actually, As I understand it it's more of an RC than a beta. And there is
documentation on the page, as well as some resources on the Web.

The impression I get is that it's quite safe to use, given that it's aimed at
businesses and full release is just a month away. But overall, I tend to
agree with houghi. Unless you want to test, evaluate or preview SLED for
your businesses (before prospective deployment), stick with the patched SUSE
10.1.
