SpaceGirl has pointed you to one such tool -- Macromedia Breeze. I have used
2 others, but merely from the client's end, in different Web sites with a
chat feature. One of them accommodated a chat with multiple Webcams and
microphones, all combined in the same windows. The least I can do is /try/
to get the name of the product, but it is often obscured by the Webmaster
who wishes to capitalise on exclusive features.
