I am not entirely sure what it is you want, but have a look at:

        http://www.oit.duke.edu/sa/security/ssh.html

It is a Web-based, Java-based SSH client. If you want X-forwarding, which in
turns enables you to open remote windows (channelled over the network), use
X-Session or have a look at Cygwin < http://www.cygwin.com/ >. A better
solution would often be virtualisation (download VMWARE <
http://www.vmware.com/ >, which is now free) or a dual-boot system.
