Thanks, actually fishing and working is split 50-50 at this time. I

Well, the OP could get the candy coated "no problem, just fix this or
that" bullshit and end up with some improvements in his web site's
performance but in order to attain long term presence for his
keyphrases in the organic SERPs then the web site promotion strategy is
going to have to be modified significantly, mainly for purposes of
visitor and search engine friendliness.
