That was an early interim design, the current Office skin looks nothing
like OSX.

Oh please. Everaldo did not create that look, it's been used for years.
In fact, the XP Icons look very much like that, with just a little bit
"glass" on top.

Apple has done plenty of copying as well. Dashboard is a direct ripoff of
both the 2003 demo'd Sidebar and Konfabulator (which also was inspired by
the early Microsoft demo), for instance.
