It just mentions OpenOffice.Org, not changing out the windoze.  Same 
for OS/2 (article says they still have over 30,000 OS/2 machines).  
Though this may explain who is funding, at least  in part, the port of
OO.Org 2.0 to OS/2-eComStation -
