This could start a trend where Open Source companies are acquired as means of
hiding their work or adding proprietary components, e.g. XenSource, SUSE.
On a related subject, Microsoft lies about the scale of damage of rootkits
(same with malware, XBox failures, market share, and 'success' or reach of
their technology).
