Not quite life and death, but the Sainsbury's I was in yesterday suffered a short power failure. As a result all the computers crashed. When power was restored there was a "10 minute delay" whilst the "tills rebooted". All the POS tills were running Win 2k pro. Do /you/ trust your credit/debit card there now? ^_^
