Don't let facts get in the way of your beliefs.

Actually yes.
I've been retired for years due to some shrewd real estate investments I
made in the 80's and early 90's.

Try it and see.
When you go to the firm for your interview (the headhunter) they will ask
you straight up if there is anything odd that would show up on a basic
google.

The word odd has different meanings and some companies are more tolerant
than others but it's a fact that a prolific poster like Roy, who gives all
of his personal information will show up on the radar screen and he at the
very least is limiting his possibilities.

Reality sometimes hurts.

Of course if Roy has some gift or ability that can't be found elsewhere,
it won't matter if he is green with one eyeball.

But from what I have seen he is a run of the mill geek with social
problems.
