Maybe Rex will let him use the code to the Ballard Stack to speed things
along?
Rex and Roy seem to be good buddies.

Mark Kent is obviously mentally unbalanced and getting worse by the day.
He never really had anything of value to say, but as of late his mental
instability is starting to get the best of him.
