Yes. It's his fault. A) because he did not check the facts. If you're
going to be a "journalist" you can't just blindly republish everything and
then claim "it's not my fault", especially when you don't even have
permission to republish in the first place. And B) because he's so quick
to jump to conclusions that don't even make sense.
