They look fantastic, and Mrs Mark's mother has bought one, she's
extremely pleased with it, having become completely sick of the problems
with Windows.  She used to be a local authority accountant, and has many
years experience with Windows & Excel in particular, so it's not a
question of user-inexperience, more the other way around - she's had
enough. 

One of her major remarks about her Mac was that "it hasn't slowed down
yet!"  

I recall that there was some issue with DRM on the Intel macs, though?
