An understandable error, really, at least, until you come to consider
the nature of usenet denizens in general...  it's worth reading some of
the documents on how to troll, sometime.  You'll see that most of our
trolls here use most of the techniques described at some point or other.

I still don't really understand why people feed the trolls, and I
profoundly disagree with Kier's approach, as I believe he just
encourages them.

Roy S's postings are excellent, and have really taken cola to useful,
positive and helpful heights.  I actually keep the digests at home, now,
as I, personally, find them an extremely useful reference for work.
A few others have added occasional News items too, which I find useful.
