[News] Compiz/XGL Makes Non-Linux Users Resort to Strong Language

XGL, awesome at high res

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MpVY43j2PQ8

This is SabayonLinux, which is a newcomer. I couldn't help noticing comments
such as "Fuck off linux...we don't give a shit". It's clear that Mac and
Windows users are intimidated by the fact that their platforms lag behind.

The above video states: "Well some people have been talking crap about XGL
being all eye-candy and what not, but it is really nice on how fast it runs
at high resolutions, its really about speed in my book, but the eycandy is
nice as well".

In other places I see comments such as:

'OMG, whatever that is I want it...now! Chris is right, this is what Vista
should be accomplishing right now. Maybe they'll get to this point in
another ten years with "Blackcomb." Vista RC1 is way too "heavy" for me, and
I agree with Chris, the current Vista UI ?consistancy? is embarrasing for
Microsoft.

Seriously though, is that a Linux distro? What is it???'
