Except that the author of this blog did not work for Microsoft. If you read all the comments you will see this quote from him:

"The anonymous chap makes a good point. A few people have pointed out
that it sounds like I work(ed) for Microsoft and am leaving them and
that's not the case."


Citation? I couldn't find the substring "good point" on the page in question.
