And dude, 100-125K would do you a really nice studio apartment in
my neighborhood. Good sized galley kitchen even, at least big enough
for two people to stand in at the same time. If you look hard enough,
you may even find something with a nook big enough for a double bed.
You could even go see movies every couple of weeks.
The truth is, I cant fucking stand my neighborhood. All the trust fund
idiots moved in and drove the prices up again. I gotta get out of
here. I think Gramercy Park is calling.
