Microsoft does the same thing with Web hosts and OEM's. It pays companies
money in order to artificially increase its marketshare and choke and
outmuscle rivals that are less wealthy or haven't the distribution channels
(e.g. O/S-software prebundling). This is abuse of monopoly power. Also see
