Why?  With a cheap firewall box many of the "bad packets"
are eliminated, Of course such a firewall does nothing
for spam, but that's what antiviral scanners are for on
Exchange servers.

:-)

Of course spending thousands of dollars when a free solution
(one of those below, or Fedora, Gentoo, Debian, etc. etc.)
is available may not make a lot of sense to those who are
sufficiently savvy.

Not to mention the $2000-$3000 for the new equipment required to
run Vista Aero properly.
