Everyone seems deeply worried about the threat of nuclear weaponry
falling into the hands of the less discriminate, however, there seems to
be little or no concern for the ease with which modern weaponry could be
remotely controlled because of the truly atrocious state of security in
Microsoft Windows.  Why would you need to own a nuke, if you can just
launch someone else's?
