A great deal of what is posted in COLA is merely quotations from others
out in the wider community - bloggers, journalists, analysts, etc., and
so far the vast majority of such reports have been extremely negative
about Vista.

And yet because we merely *agree* with those assertions, DFS and his ilk
attempt to belittle the significance of those reports, claiming that we
are "whining", when it fact all we're doing is giving an affirmative nod
to our learned friends out there.

When complaints fall on virtually deaf ears, is it any wonder it is
perceived as whining?
