What kind of a market is it where MS gets an inflation proof, flat rate
per system regardless of how many units they sell. If the OEM drops
below quota then the loss sets added on to the next quarters bill.
In Markets that doesn't have MS 'innovation' to compete with it does
quite well. By innovation I mean of course making Windows not work with
third party apps and blackmailing the OEMs into not using it.
