Yes, it has certainly managed to get past the attacks which came from
Microsoft proxies such as Rob Enderle. They also tried this when Dell said
it would /possibly/ support Linux *and they lost). They have placements in
the media, as Groklaw, for example, has recently shown. It's all nepotism
and connections, intended to pressure and confuse decision makers. The good
news is that a very disruptive technology has managed to get past the fence
and it's too late to discredit the inevitable.
