Nowadays it's just "computers". As Microsoft virtually forces all OEMs to
preinstall Windows, a PC is assumed to be a Windows PC. Linux is sometimes
referred to as a "Linux box". And an Apple Macintosh is "a Mac".
Monoculture leads to lack of judgment.
