I've just seen some posts about the status of Linux, which is clearly winning
(will include a link in a moment). The only thing that scares me is Linux in a
deranged form (e.g. partly possessed by Microsoft or very OSX'ed, i.e.
proprietarised)  making it into the market at the expense of what Linux
was /supposed/ to be.

We need GNU/Linux to prevail and bring LinuxBIOS and other open components
along with its adoption.

We don't need LinOSX making it at the expense of fine ditros like Debian.
Novell worries me. De Icaza spoke about Mono and GNOME. Again.
