They seem to have had some bandwidth problems/woe whenever I was there. They
charge for downloads, they seek donations (like SymphonyOS), and they try to
take the load off to bittorrent. Maybe they are moving to dedicated with
less limits/restrictions? Who knows... I haven't followed the links above,
mind you. They perform all right on DW, so maybe the increased attention has
led to a need to step up, service-wise.
