The Windummies are liars. No exceptions.
What usually qualifies as "support" for Windows' multitude of problems
often ends up with a reinstall and subsequent loss of information and
settings. Most people, made aware that something like that could be
prevented, wouldn't agree that the "support" label is accurate.
