A couple of days ago in an interview, Bruce S. said that the word
"evangelist" is somewhat associated/entangled with "cheerleading", which has
a negative connotation.
What's most worring is that Microsoft hires the same analysts whom they hire
to do studies that involve Windows (among other products). Another Jupiter
analysts is now the lead author in Microsoft Watch, which used to be neutral
grounds when Mary Jo Foley was there. This seems like buying of the press.
