A right to "charge more" (charge third parties more than $0 for 
licensee's rights in derivative and collective works; hint: "Copyright 
and patent laws give authors a right to charge more, so that they can 
recover their fixed costs (and thus promote innovation)" observed 
prolific and learned Chief Judge Frank Easterbrook).
