Maybe. Hula is probably as much a threat to Novell's own version of
Exchange/Outlook. Remember, Novell sees itself as a "groupware"
provider, including things like email, scheduling, identity management
and so on, on backend servers that do a lot of what Outlook does.
Having an open source product competing with their cash cows and drawing
resources and exposing technology doesn't make good business sense.
