What else would you expect from a "leading US Open Source expert"?  He is 
frequently denying that commercial package software support is better, but 
still there is no telephone number for obtaining support.  Post your 
questions on a forum, he says.  Next I suppose he will say "Read the 
blank-blank manual!".
