Tit for tat. Guess who gets the tit?
Either way, this type of exchange of favour only punishes the innocent
bystander (citizen). This should not be tolerated, IMHO.
Speaking of which, the BBC should be under investigation now for offshoring its
IT to other companies. That's the public tax money.
