The most visible of those complaints ere from --some-- of the khtml 
developers. Those have largely been resolved. And, AGAIN, take a look at 
all the projects that Apple contributes to, as well as th ones they have 
started, not the least of which is Web Core.

How is their DRM a form of monopoly abuse? True, they don't license their 
DRM, but that doesn't force people to buy iPods? iTunes can be used to DL 
music and burn CDs, all without cost.

They release BSD and GPL software.
