It's probably being pumped. The same way SCO stock would suddenly jump
up a smidgen about the time it was in danger of being delisted. Except
in this case it's so the people who want to do the dumping can maximize
their shearing of the sheep.
His Billness is getting out (in name only - the reality is he's just as
tied to MS as always). He needs to cash in as much of his stock as he
can at prices that are at the highest possible level. The Slick Bill
and Mrs. Bill Gatus Foundation need the money to buy more investments
in factories and polluting industries so they can go in later on and
save the dying chilren who are casualties of those same industries
("coincidentally" bringing good press for MS because of the association
with one Mr. William Henry Gates The Turd).
