That's a classic Microsoft remark. Say something which sounds
pseudo-technical, but get it wrong in such a way that the audience is
left stunned and open-mouthed, thinking "but, he /can't/ have said
that". Bill Gates wanted to factor primes to solve encryption, I
believe!
