It's very sketchy. Compare the number of registered systems to the
number of GNU/Linux servers in netcraft. If there are 29066283 Apache
sites, even assuming just 50% are on GNU/Linux, then we can need to
compare the registered machines against this and then work the same
factor against the number of users.
