If found to be true, then you're looking at more criminals wearing black suits.
The allegations talk about selling below cost (recall the 'kill OLPC
(AMD+Linux)' project) and secret rebates, which were first revealed owing to a
leak in Europe. This happened last year.
Dell has not been sued yet for cheating their shareholders and accepting
kickbacks _under the table_.
