I don't really get that, isn't it simply a list of the most common actions
performed with any photo editing or drawing program?
So of cause selection, layers, eraser and brushes are going to be at the top
of the list, because you tend to do some of these for every picture. I
suspect you would get simmilar results for Microsoft Paint or Adobe photo
shop.
Why have Open, save and saveas on the list, how do they expect you to get
your picture onto the canvass without these? I wonder if the thought
process was something like 'If our results show the users don't use 'Open'
very often then we can remove that option'.
Just because other available functions are used less it doesn't mean they
have no value, it is only that you are less likely to use them on a regular
basis, but invaluable if you do need them.
