Microsoft's attitude towards customers is appalling. They look at
customers as if they were a foot fungus. 

Here's what they should do:

Reactivate Windows 2000 Pro for older systems, extend XP licensing to
2010, get a service pack for XP out, scrap and recall Vista and then
go Open Source with support.

This would improve their image with customers... would somebody 
please check and see if Hell has froze over. Thankyou.
