Pedant Point: dual-booting and RAM are highly orthogonal;
my Kayak in particular is a dualboot (Win98/Linux) and has
only 256M.  :-)  To be sure, there's no way in [insert
random place here] it can run Vista ever; the CPU's too
slow and the RAM too small.

Of course it runs Linux reasonably well.  I've not tried
OO on it, though.
