| In-Fusio filed a complaint in December alleging that Microsoft had
| wrongfully attempted to end an agreement whereby In-Fusio would
| develop a mobile version of Halo, Microsoft's best selling title
| for its Xbox game console. In-Fusio, which agreed to pay $2
| million in royalties to develop the game, said Microsoft
| "stonewalled" its development attempts, while demanding

Microsoft has a pattern of betraying its partner. More recently, for
instance, Zune's new DRM system had several Microsoft partners thrown onto
the mud. Just wait until Novell gets the trigger squeezed on it....

[Jim Allchin, Windows manager:] "We need to slaughter Novell
before they get stronger... If you're going to kill someone, there isn't
much reason to get all worked up about it and angry. You just pull the
trigger. Any discussions beforehand are a waste of time. We need to smile at
Novell while we pull the trigger."
