It's a good approach, and certainly, anything is better than the present
state of affairs. Mrs Mark has been using a company which imports CDs
from Hong Kong for some time; the BPI have tried to shut it down once,
and they're trying again now. Basically, they sell CDs at a fairly
reasonable price, and she buys them, but she thinks that the local shop
prices are just too high.
If the shop gets shut down, she'll probably go back to library usage
again.
