Personally, I feel there are a lot of Generals in there
and not too many soldiers. And of those that do get something
done, relentless secretive twisted devicive micromanagent seems to
be percolating throughout every aspect of free and
open source methods of getting work done thats its strangling
innovation and creatitivity. Correct me if I am wrong, but
isn't that what novel management wanted all along - getting
things done the novel way even if its a failed methodology?
