I suspect that the more we expose activities such as OS/2 Munchkins,
shilling, paid-for Wikipedia edits and the like, the less we'll see the
trolls. Microsoft is in hot water. It doesn't want to get it boiling. Like
open source, it's /transparency/ that's doing them a lot of damage. Just
look at Doug's posts, which make a good record of all the stuff Microsoft
tried to hide with a large-scale settlement.
