To be fair...how many people actually install XP or
antivirus on their systems? :-) (Presumably, OEMs bundle
'em.) So you're looking at a complete OS/desktop install
of 30 minutes, versus MS Office install of 20 minutes,
or MS Office + AV + antimalware of 40. (If you're lucky!)
This is one reason why Windows "wins"; people don't look
beyond the pretty icons and blinkenlights. Kind of
a pity, really, as it's not the most level of playing fields.
