When a company goes on the offensive and tries to derail its
competition its a sign of internal problems. Microsoft is failing but
but its a slow erosive process slowed by the mountain of money
they're sitting on. 

And they will continue their offenses because there
are still a lot of people still buying into the "Microsoft solution"
despite the progress made by Linux. As long as the Win drones
keep feeding the monster, you can bet we'll see many more
years of Microsoft antics.
