There may be plenty of $60 motherboards but how many include the CPU at that
price?
On the other hand the extra cost of RAM, case, PSU, DVD and Hard drive may
make it cheaper to just buy the $200 Everex PC unless you want to alter the
spec drastically such as using a case designed for under TV use as a media
centre machine and flash memory instead of HDD for lower power usage but if
doing that a smaller mini or micro ITX board is probably more suitable.
