As RMS/Moglen recently stated, in Europe, the spinners are likely to rename
softare patents "intellectual property" because it sounds more valid.
As you say, WIPO are big trouble at the moment (they want to conquer the world
with US-style laws). Someone from Spain sent me material about it this morning
and I posted it to BN.com.
