The censorship of "adult content" is becoming a feature of many mobile
operator's offerings here. I suspect that governments are very happy
about it, since if enough people go "mobile-only", then it provides a
much greater control of the actions of users, and better traceability,
and all those other things that governments like to know about what
their own people are up to.
