It's more lies.

You see they want you to believe that they found it "impossible" for
these users to move from 2003 to 2007 editions but at the same time they
would be happy to move to Open Office. We all know a lot of office
workers wont like new versions of SW if they are too lazy to read the
"What's different" notes. It's the way of the world.

Office 2007 is not "Completely Unusable". And only someone as daft is
Roy would propagate this bullshit. If he were to pick up an editor and
improve a bit of OSS then maybe his time would be more constructively
used.
