Unfortunately, trust is a major issue anyway.  Should anyone be
confident taking their PC to a local shop?  How do they know that it
will be looked after properly?  There is really no way of reliably
establishing this, although word-of-mouth is certainly the best I've
ever seen.  Quality marks are next to useless, in my experience.
